Many recent online advertisements for supplements offer a "free trial" and then charge $70-$100 once they have your account number.  Many of these are foreign companies so research carefully any business before giving them access to your debit card or account number!

Attention Customers - International Debit Card Usage

Due to excessive international fraud, customers will not be able to use their 1st Southwest Bank debit cards at an international merchant.  Customers will, however, still be able to use ATM's with their PIN numbers and purchases where the PIN number is keyed in to complete the transaction.

FDIC Transaction Account Guarantee Program

Beginning January 1, 2010 First Southwest Bank will no longer participate in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program, thus after Dec 31, 2009, funds held in noninterest-bearing transaction accounts will no longer be guaranteed in full under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program, but will be insured up to $250,000 under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
